Embark on a life-changing,12 week wellness journey


The focus of the WoW challenge is not only weight loss but improving overall health and wellbeing.


Optionals included in the WoW challenge: 

3 x medical, health coaching and fitness assessments (week 1, week 6 and week 12) 

Weekly group discussions after a Park run at Meerendal on Saturdays

Tailored fitness and exercise program (includes: Bootcamp, gym, personal trainer or run/walk) 

Health point diet program and coaching sessions

Nutritional supplements (tailored to your needs as determined by medical expert) 

WOW challenge T-shirt

Weekly prizes (XS drinks, bars etc.)

Overall winner prize for most-improved across all measurable levels as determined by medical experts (Biokineticist and GP)

PLEASE NOTE: Participants will be required to follow the health point diet program and use nutritional supplements for optimal success.

Fred & Marita van der Riet

Dr Fred & Marita van der Riet have over forty years of experience in their respective fields. They work to facilitate a lifestyle of optimum health for each of their patients and utilise the latest in technology and research to treat chronic disease.


Nikola Botha

Nikola Botha is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who studied through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.

She specialises in working with clients to live healthier and happier lives, by not only looking at the food on you eat, but focusing also on other areas like career, relationships, physical activities and spirituality and purpose.


Carla Coetsee

Carla Coetsee is a qualified Biokineticist and obtained her Doctoral degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Stellenbosch.

She is an expert in the link between exercise and cognitive function. Other specialities include:
- Exercise prescription for people with chronic and orthopaedic conditions
- Pilates classes (group and individual sessions)

Carla will be involved in the assessment of each participant’s physical function (i.e. fitness, strength, body composition). She will also help with the prescription of an individualised exercise training program for each participant.

Additionally, Carla offers one-on-one targeted training sessions.
